Our campus library is stocked with Bengali and English books which are not limited to curriculum based texts. The books we have cover all of the academic subjects we teach as well as non-fiction and fiction books outside the curriculum. Students are welcome to read recreationally and they can also use our collection of books to help them in their education.
As we sadly notice the gradual decline of reading in our society, we are worried about the possible negative consequences of this on the knowledge and mental development of the next generation. To resolve this issue, regular library sessions take place at our school under skilled supervision. Students and teachers borrow books from the vast collection of fiction and non-fiction literature in the library and activities like word hunting in dictionaries, reading competitions, spelling contests and quiz competitions take place as library centered activities.
