Every morning, before the school day begins, our students do some light exercise during the school assembly and in a typical week every class from playgroup to college benefits from games classes under a PE (physical education) teacher. In these classes, students get a chance to exercise or play a variety of indoor or outdoor sports.<\/p>\n<p>AFSC regularly national and international taekwondo competitions. In 2014 the school&#8217;s taekwondo team won 2 Gold, 4 Silver and 3 Bronze medals at the Korea Cup competition.
